Analysis of the incidence and factors predictive of inadvertent parathyroidectomy during thyroid surgery

Abstract: The inadvertent parathyroidectomy rate was 16 per cent and concurrent neck dissection was identified as an independent predictor of inadvertent parathyroidectomy.
