Analysis of the arriving-angle structure of the forward scattered wave on a vertical array in shallow water

Abstract: The arriving-angle structure for the forward scattered wave on a vertical line array is obtained upon a modified scattering model in the Pekeris waveguide. The structure is investigated and interpreted by the array invariant theory combined with target induced modal coupling effect.
