“…The results of the correlation test are to see the relationship between the variables being tested. Pearson correlation was used to test the correlation and strength of the relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable (Kowang et al, 2021;Ndongfack, 2021;Tambunan et al, 2021). Based on the results, obtained the value of Sig.…”

“…(Participant I) After doing the in-depth interview with several participants, we argue that all the results consistent with the quantitative and qualitative results finding. The results were supported by another research that collaborative learning practices or teachers' alliances may overcome the learning and teaching problems and give a best practice to students in performing the learning outputs [44], [45], and the collaborative learning both teachers and students will have worthiness to creating the more pedagogy competence [46], [47]. Further, we propose the third proposition as: "The effectiveness of teachers' strategic alliance capacity based on school strategic collaboration planning and school strategic collaboration development; the greater education service innovation will be achieved.…”

“…Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics are used to obtain the mean, median, mode, and so on from each distribution table, while for inferential statistics using assumption tests and hypothesis testing (Tambunan et al, 2021). The assumption test used is the normality test, and the linearity test, then the data can be tested for hypotheses (Chen et al, 2018;Ozdemir et al, 2018).…”
