Software requirement engineering uses different elicitation approaches from clients and other relevant stockholders communication. The elicitation techniques are used to elicit and analyse the requirement that is based on the presence of stakeholder availability. So, software products often fail to handle the demand of the stakeholder and users of the software. The requirement elicitation process gets complicated and labour-intensive when the traditional techniques are used with a larger population. This gives us the motivation to use a data-centred approach of Re engineering (RE) where requirements are elicited and collected on a larger scale. This study uses crowdsourcing integrated with the SCRUM approach of agile software development which is now popular in software development industries due to reducing cost and efficiency. Although it is important to identify the issues while integrating crowd source software development (CSSD) with SCRUM and resolve those issues. This study proposed a framework based on the integration of SCRUM with crowdsourcing development. The framework is designed in four major layers, the first layer is the vision and goal in which the raw document has been prepared, and the second layer is the prioritisation of task in which the product owner prioritised the task which should be developed first and which should develop later, the third layer is sprint planning and designing in which core document has been prepared and deliver it to the final project development, and the fourth layer is retrospective meeting in which all the development team and product owner and Scrum master conduct a meeting on a weekly basis to discuss the issues and changes that are made in the development process. This study suggested a conceptual framework that can combine CSSD and SCRUM to benefit from both software requirement development approaches and to address integration issues. The challenge for the researcher is to combine CSSD and SCRUM so that both software development methodologies can benefit from each other. Finally, issues are identified, and possible research directions are discussed for the future. The SCRUM approach and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) framework are critical in assessing the factors that influence the efficiency of a business process and ensuring that business objectives are fulfilled, and the process is on track to meet those objectives. Flexibility and change adoption are critical features for both SCRUM and SOA approaches. Even though both sides encourage agility, the integration of the two independent concepts (SOA is the architectural framework while SCRUM is the development process) should be considered before being used in software management and development projects. This study assessed and analyzed both SCRUM and SOA’s diverse and different software architectural frameworks and development methodologies as well as their environment, which is integrated with the context of software project management and development setup for the software development industry. In addition, this study explores the similarities between the SCRUM process model and the SOA architectural framework to see if they are compatible and, if so, how they may be combined to enhance SOA-based projects. This research also looks at how to build and use a SCRUM methodology for large-scale SOA projects. As a result, SCRUM was chosen as the software development methodology for a research and development project based on SOA. In terms of project development and implementation, the complete project structure is made up of eight main parts.

Efficient, high-quality software systems embodying dependable methods are in high demand, which has led to a wide range of competitive market solutions. One effective technique that arguably has excelled above others is the Agile Software Development Methodology (ASDM). Agile approaches’ capacity to produce software in a way that is flexible to changes is the main factor that makes them preferable. Scrum, a recommended Agile methodology, prioritises feature coverage and project structure. Because iterative methodologies encourage engagement from cross-functional teams, including consumers, Agile provides flexibility in responding to change. However, achieving methodological efficiency is insufficient while developing software; high-quality software should be achieved with equal consideration. Formal Methods (FMs), which are mathematically based techniques, can offer highly dependable software but suffer from a steep learning curve in mastering the underlying discrete mathematics and logic. This research investigates the extent to which FMs may be embedded in traditional Agile as embodied by Scrum. Future work in this area would be the development of a framework for embedding FMs in Scrum, followed by a survey among software practitioners to establish the feasibility of our technique.
