Analysis of Floral Dynamics in Jainti Forest of Buxa Tiger Reserve, West Bengal, India

Abstract: Social dynamics of a forest population regulates the dynamism of its diversity. Analysis of existing floral composition and their trend of affinity in an unhindered forest area provide us the information of its richness, threats (if any), sequestration rate, risk of invasive species, species in climax etc. In this context every forest population deserves the study of its phytosociology and considering this importance vegetation of Jainti forest under Buxa Tiger Reserve has been analyzed.
