Analysis of Factors Affecting Sexual Behavior in Adolescents in the Porong Health Center Work Area

Abstract

AbstrakMasa remaja adalah masa dimana pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik, psikis maupun intelektual berkembang cukup pesat. Memiliki keingintahuan yang besar menjadi penyebab remaja jatuh ke dalam perilaku berisiko dan mungkin harus menanggung akibat dari berbagai masalah kesehatan fisik maupun psikososial. Oleh karena itu ketersediaan pelayanan kesehatan peduli remaja yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan remaja sangat diperlukn untuk menghindari perilaku seksual pranikah yang berisiko pada remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 100 pelajar yang terdiri dari 50 siswa dan 50 siswi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan mengisi kuesioner dan dianalisis bivariate menggunakan chi square dan kemudian disimpulkan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan, sikap, paparan media dan peran teman sebaya memiliki p value 0.000 (p value < 0.05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja di wilayah Puskesmas Porong. Sedangkan untuk variabel peran orang tua tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja di wilayah Puskesmas Porong dengan p value 0.614 (p value > 0.05). Semakin baik pengetahuan, sikap, paparan media, dan peran teman sebaya maka akan meningkatkan perilaku seksual pranikah yang positif pada remaja di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Porong. AbstractAdolescence is a period where physical and psychological growth and development are so intellectual that development is quite rapid. Having a great curiosity causes teenagers to fall into risk and may have to be associated with various physical and psychosocial health problems. Therefore, it must issue health care for adolescents who can meet the health needs of adolescents who are needed to avoid premarital sex obligations at risk for adolescents. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors that influence premarital sexual behavior in adolescents. Thisnstudy is a descriptive analytic study using cross sectional. The research subjects were 100 students consisting of 50 students and 50 female students. Data collection was done directly by filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using bivariate using chi square and then refined. The results showed that the variables of knowledge, attitudes, media exposure and peer roles had a p value of 0.000 (p value <0.05) which meant that there was a significant relationship with premarital sex behavior in adolescents in the Porong Health Center area. Whereas for the parent role variable is not related to premarital sex behavior in adolescents in the Porong Health Center area with a p value of 0.614 (p value> 0.05). The better knowledge, attitudes, media exposure, and peer roles will increase positive premarital sexual relations in adolescents in the work area of Porong Health Center.
