Analysis of Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs) for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) dams

Abstract: This report explores the use of environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs) for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) dams. This report also identifies above-water and in-water structures where these lubricants would be useful.
