Analysis of Clinical Outcome of Effect of Chewing Gum on Bowel Motility in Post - Operative Patients Following Abdominal Surgery

Abstract: INTRODUCTION:One very important complication of abdominal surgeries is postoperative ileus which results in severe patient discomfort, prolonged hospitalization, and enhanced treatment cost.
