Analysis of adaptation potentials of kick boxers’ cardio-vascular system

Abstract: Analysis and assessment of athletes' adaptation potential are important components of effective selection and prediction of sports successfulness. Purpose: study and analysis of kick boxers' cardio-vascular system's adaptation potentials under standard physical load and in recreation. Material: in the research kick boxers (n=17, students) participated. The athletes were divided into 2 groups, depending on reaction to physical load: 1st group-athletes with normotonic type of reaction (n=9, age 17.56±0.80 years)… Show more

“…When intragroup changes are taken into consideration, there was no difference between groups in our study, there was a significant difference when pre and post-test results of the experimental group were compared (p= 0.006). In this sense, our findings are in accordance with the findings in the literature [21]. Barker et al demonstrate that meaningful changes in health outcomes are possible in healthy adolescent boys after just six sessions of highintensity interval training over a 2-week period [22].…”

“…According to the scientists researches, all studies related to determining the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the reaction of various athlete's body systems to loads that somehow model different conditions of competitive activity in boxing are of undoubted scientific interest (Kiprich, & Berinchik, 2015). Studying, analyzing and evaluating the adaptive potential of athletes are essential components of the effectiveness of sports selection and predicting success in sports (Podrigalo, Volodchenko, Rovnaya O, et al, 2017). Unfortunately, it should be noted that many trainers are not interested in data from the latest scientific research or simply ignore them.…”
