In Indonesia, many rubber farmers carry out partnership-based cooperation. Obviously, this activity gives benefits and impact for both parties. Regarding this idea, this research aimed to determine a partnership pattern found in rubber farmers, partnership impact on the production of rubber farmers in Indonesia, and partnership impact on rubber farmers’ income in Indonesia. The study used descriptive and analytical methods. Meanwhile, to determine the problems related to the partnership impact on production and income, the researchers used an independent t-test. However, owing to abnormalities in the test, this study used the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The result showed that the partnership pattern of rubber farmers in Indonesia was the KOA pattern. In terms of partnership impact on production, there was no significant difference between the production of non-partnered and partnered rubber farmers. Meanwhile, the income measure had a small difference between the two respondent farmers. Following this, rubber farmers should make partnerships due to high profits compared to non-partnership farmers. The bargaining power of farmers is better when they are in a cooperative system, so the price offered is better. This also makes the government’s program successful related to the partnership recommendation by farmers.

“…Artinya, daerah ini mampu menyumbang 22,60% produksi beras terbesar di Provinsi Lampung (BPS, 2020).Sedangkan Kecamatan Seputih Raman merupakan pemasok produksi padi sawah terbesar di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Produktivitas padi di Provinsi Lampung masih belum sesuai dengan potensi sehingga masih dapat ditingkatkan terus, hasil penelitian Suarsana et al (2020) Sumber: BPS Provinsi Lampung (Tahun, 2021) Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ekonomi pertanian berkelanjutan memiliki keuntungan lebih tinggi daripada konvensional, hal ini disebabkan oleh harga beras tanpa pestisida kimia lebih tinggi, kemauan membayar beras lebih tinggi dibandingkan beras konvensional (Permatasari et al, 2018); (Singh, S., 2006) ; (Habib & Kuntadi, 2020). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis biaya produksi, penerimaan, dan keuntungan usahatani padi sawah tanpa pestisida kimia dan melakukan studi kelayakan finansial usahatani padi sawah di Desa Rejoasri. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kriteria investasi dengan indikator NPV, IRR, dan Net BC ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total yang digunakan dalam usahatani padi sawah tanpa pestisida kimia sebesar Rp 11.999.194,69 per ha per siklus, dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp 29.017.476,92 per ha per siklus. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dalam usahatani padi sawah tanpa pestisida kimia sebesar Rp 17.018.282,23 per ha per siklus, dengan R/C rasio diperoleh sebesar 2,4182 artinya bahwa setiap satu rupiah biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk usahatani padi sawah tanpa pestisida kimia akan memperoleh penerimaan (TR) sebesar 2,42,. Usahatani padi sawah tanpa pestisida kimia di Desa Rejo Asri menggunakan tiga indikator kriteria investasi NPV, IRR, dan Net B/C ratio menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut memiliki prospek yang baik dan layak (feasible) untuk dikembangkan.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze farmers' and consumers' willingness to accept and willingness to pay for organic horticultural commodities through an Android application-based digital marketplace. Theoretical Framework: Parameters in the economic assessment of natural resources and the environment involve how much individuals are willing to pay (WTP) and receive (WTA) Economic valuation methods for natural resources and the environment can be grouped into two types, namely the revealed preference approach and the stated preference approach The implied preference approach includes several techniques, such as the Travel Cost Method, Hedonic Pricing Method, and Averting Cost. On the other hand, the techniques included in the expressed preference approach involve the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and Conjoint Analysis. Method: This study was conducted in Semarang and Magelang Regencies, Central Java Province. The number of samples interviewed was 110 respondents spread across the two districts. The number of samples in each district was 55 respondents of producer farmers who are accustomed to growing organic horticulture and at the same time as consumers of organic horticulture. The analysis of users’ WTP and WTA of organic horticulture offered to the respondents. Results: The estimated Result of WTP Parameters of the characteristics of the product offered is one of the factors which can affect consumer willingness to pay (WTP). Consumer backgrounds such as income, number of family members, and education can also affect consumers' WTP of a product. In general, the determining factor for consumers’ WTP to be willing to pay more for organic horticulture through a digital marketplace compared to conventional horticulture is better quality. Conclusions: Consumer preference for organic horticulture is positive because the quality and taste are better than horticulture that has been planted before. Organic horticulture has the opportunity to create a market due to the positive response of producers and consumers as indicated by the WTA and WTP.
