Analisis Sistem Program Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL) selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Puskesmas Tempel I Kabupaten Sleman)

Abstract

Latar belakang: Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) mengalami penurunan cakupan Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL) hingga 36% pada tahun 2020, penurunan paling drastis terjadi di Puskesmas Tempel, Kabupaten Sleman. Puskesmas memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memberikan pelayanan dasar dengan tugas tambahan sebagai ujung tombak pemutus mata rantai penularan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis peIaksanaan program lmunisasi Dasar Lengkap pada Masa Pandemi COVlD-19 di Puskesmas Tempel I dari unsur Input, Proses, dan Lingkungan.Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam pada informan bidan pelaksana, Penanggungjawab KIA-KB Upaya Kesehatan Perorangan (UKP) Puskesmas, Penanggungjawab Imunisasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman, kepala Puskesmas, dan ibu yang membawa anaknya Imunisasi di tengah Pandemi COVlD-19.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada awal Pandemi COVlD-19, Puskesmas Tempel I menutup pelayanan Imunisasi selama 1 bulan. Puskesmas kemudian melakukan perencanaan ulang terkait upaya pelayanan Imunisasi di tengah wabah COVID-19. Pada pelaksanaanya ditemukan kendala dari unsur input terkait aspek jumlah, kecukupan dan kesiapan SDM, sarana dan prasarana, dan pemanfaatan pedoman. Kemudian pada unsur proses ditemukan kendala pada aspek pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan, serta pada unsur lingkungan ditemukan kendala pada respon orang tua.Simpulan: Terdapat keterkaitan antara aspek SDM dengan pengorganisasian dan respon orang tua, keterkaitan aspek sarana dan prasarana dengan pelaksanaan, serta keterkaitan pemanfaatan pedoman dan pelaksanaan. Kata kunci: Pandemi COVID-19; Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap; Analisis Pelaksanaan Program Background: Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) province a decrease in the coverage of Complete Basic Immunization to 36% in 2020, the most drastic decline occurred at the Puskesmas Tempel I, Sleman Regency. Tempel I Public Health Center (Puskesmas) have the responsibility to provide basic services with additional duties as the spearhead of breaking the chain of COVID-19 transmission. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the Complete Basic Immunization program during the COVID-19 Pandemic at Puskesmas Tempel I from the elements of Input, Process, and Environment.Method: This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach through in-depth interviews with implementing midwife informants, Person in charge of KIA-KB (UKP), Person in charge of Immunization at the Sleman District Health Office, Head of Tempel I, and mothers who brought immunizations amid in the COVID-19 Pandemic. Result: The results showed that at the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Tempel I Health Center closed the immunization service for 1 month. Tempel I then re-planned the immunization service efforts amid in the COVID-19 outbreak. In implementation, it was found there were obstacles from the inputs related to aspects of the number, adequacy, and readiness of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and the use of guidelines. The process elements found obstacles in the aspects of organizing and implementing, as well as on the elements of the environment found obstacles in the response of parents.Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a relationship between the HR aspect and the organization and response of parents, the link between the facilities and infrastructure aspects and the implementation, as well as the link between the use of guidelines and implementation. Analysis of Immunization Services During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Pelaksanaan Program Imunisasi Dasar Anak Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

“…Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan literatur dalam penelitian ini yakni Hambatan Pelaksanaan Program Imunisasi Dasar Anak Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 di dapatkan 7 literatur menggambarkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan terganggunya atau tertundanya pelayanan imunisasi rutin anak.
