Analisis Penerapan Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Biaya Proyek Konstruksi Bangunan Gedung Di Kota Ambon

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is important for the company, because the impact of work accidents and diseases not only harms employees, but also the company both directly and indirectly. OHS is often underestimated because it is considered only a waste of money, therefore it is necessary to analyze the effect of the application of OHS on the cost of building construction project. This research was conducted to determine whether the application of OHS affect the cost of building construction project in the city of Ambon. Data collected in this study are primary and secondary data for contractors to obtain data regarding the application of OHS and OHS financing. The survey result were tested with validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test and Likert scale ranking analysis to determine the effect of OHS implementation on building construction project costs, namely OHS costs in Ambon city. The results state that all OHS implementation variables, namely: socialization and promotion of OHS, occupational protective equipment, personal protective equipment, OHS personil, health facility facilities, signs, etc. related to OHS risk control have a joint or overall effect on cost building construction project namely OHS cost and which have the most influence on cost are variable personal protective equipment and OHS personnel, the application of OHS is not fully implemented properly along with its financing where the allocation of application and financing is best seen from company providing protective cap (safety helmet), safety shoes, safety vest, and also the presence of OHS expert in the company and in the event of accident and occupational disease the influence on cost will be even greater. ABSTRAKKeselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang penting bagi perusahaan, karena dampak kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja tidak hanya merugikan karyawan, tetapi juga perusahaan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. K3 sering di sepelekan karena dianggap hanya membuang biaya, oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis pengaruh penerapan K3 terhadap biaya proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan K3 berpengaruh terhadap biaya proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di kota Ambon. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder kepada para kontraktor untuk memperoleh data mengenai penerapan K3 dan pembiayaan K3. Hasil survey kemudian diuji dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linear berganda dan analisis ranking skala likert untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan K3 terhadap biaya proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung yaitu biaya K3 di kota Ambon. Hasil menyatakan bahwa semua variabel penerapan K3 yaitu: sosialisasi dan promosi K3, alat pelindung kerja, alat pelindung diri, personil K3, fasilitas sarana kesehatan, rambu-rambu, lain-lain terkait pengendalian resiko K3 berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau secara keseluruhan terhadap biaya proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung yaitu biaya K3 dan ya...
