As an agricultural country that has many plant commodities, the need for Fertilizer in Indonesia is very high and there are often shortages, especially of subsidized Fertilizer. Based on information from the website of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, it is stated that there are often cases of shortages of subsidized Fertilizer. Rules for Fertilizer distribution have been regulated through Minister of Agriculture Regulations. The large demand for Fertilizer will of course affect the production of Fertilizer factories which will also increase. The production and distribution processes that go through various stages will also influence Fertilizer uptake in each region that will receive Fertilizer distribution. According to the increasing of factory's production, warehouse capacity must be upgraded. The new rule from Board of Director to prohibit open storage, also reducing company's warehouse capacity. Hence, PT XYZ decided to rent a warehouse and need some feasibility analysis to prove that renting is the right decision. By the use of Net Present Value, Equivalent Uniform Annual of Cost, Cost Benefit Analysis, and Cost-Effective Analysis results Construct a new warehouse on company's land as the best way to reduce the storage cost.

The main obstacle in this research was the limited number of truck fleet for carrying the volume of cargo needed by the customers of PT Kamadjaja Logistics. The existing number of truck fleet owned by the Company still could not meet the customers’ demand or need for the cargo delivery process, especially in export and import activities. The number of available truck fleet was not balanced with customers’ demand, causing late delivery and the Company was not productive in the cargo delivery process. The aim of this research was to analyze the direct and indirect influences of the use of truck fleet and cargo delivery on the export and import activities mediated by the availability of fleet in PT Kamadjaja Logistics. The technique of data analysis used path analysis, hypothesis test through t test and f test. The population in this research was the employees of Trucking Division in PT Kamadjaja Logistics with the sample numbering 44 persons. The result of this research was that the fleet availability could mediate the direct and indirect influences of the use of truck fleet and cargo delivery on the export and import activities and that the availability of truck fleet also contributed directly to the export and import activities in PT Kamadjaja Logistics.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui alternatif terbaik dalam pembelian mesin rajut otomatis berbasis komputer dan mengetahui kriteria-kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan mesin tersebut, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di PD Fauzi Perdana Abadi yaitu terjadinya turnover karyawan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses produksi yang dilakukan. Pemecahan masalah ini menggunakan dua pendekatan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan antara lain Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Simple Additive Wieghting, dengan metode AHP sendiri memiliki kelebihan yaitu dapat mengakomodir pendapat-pendapat dari stakeholder, akan tetapi dari sisi lain mesin rajut otomatis sendiri memiliki spesifikasi teknis dari mesin – mesin yang ditawarkan tersedia, alangkah lebih baik jika pada proses pemilihanya melibatkan model pengabilan keputusan yang berbasis kuantitatif, model pengambilan keputusan yang relevan untuk digunakan yaitu adalah SAW. Hasil yang didapat bahwa urutan faktor-faktor pendukung untuk pembelian mesin rajut otomatis ini berdasarkan bobot terbesar hingga terkecil adalah harga, biaya perawatan, kapasitas produksi, daya listrik dan usia pakai. Kemudian dari lima alternatif mesin rajut otomatis yang dapat dibeli, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan SAW dengan perolehan bobot terbesar adalah alternatif ke 5 (A5).
