Bandung has become an important center for creative and technology industries in Indonesia. The existence of leading universities, research centers, and business incubators has formed an innovation ecosystem that encourages the birth of startups and technology companies based in this city. Along with increasing challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing global environment, a strong and developing economic sector is a vital key in ensuring the country's sustainability and prosperity. This study aims to analyze the growth and macroeconomic structure in the city of Bandung. The research method used is quantitative. Research data comes from the Central Bureau of Statistics and local government reports, to identify patterns and trends in urban economic development. Analysis shows that the city of Bandung has experienced rapid economic growth in the last few decades. The creative and technological industries, as well as tourism, are the main drivers of economic growth. The activities in Bandung in relation to the economy of West Java throughout 2019-2022 are the area of exchange, accommodation and cafes as well as the areas of communication and conversion, because with the presence of development (+) and commitment (-) is actually meant with the assumption that this movement expands its commitment will be an outstanding area

This study intends to investigate and determine the effect of population, unemployment rate, the minimum wage in districts and cities, and human development index on poverty in DI Yogyakarta Province in 2017-2021. Panel data regression was used as the analytical method using cross-sectional data from 5 districts/cities in the DI Yogyakarta Province. The tool used to process the data is Eviews 10. The data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, DI Yogyakarta. According to the findings of this study, poverty in the Province of DI Yogyakarta is unaffected by the index of human development, unemployment, or district or city minimum wages. In contrast, the population impacts poverty in the DI Yogyakarta province.

Kebijakan pemerintah daerah diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah kemiskinan di daerahnya. Kebijakan pembangunan daerah ditujukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan kemiskinan karena kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan penting yang perlu dipecahkan untuk menunjang keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi, sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi pemerintah untuk mengambil kebijakan-kebijakan dalam upaya pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Provinsi Jambi. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari sumber Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus karena penelitian ini terdiri atas pengumpulan data-data yang menunjang dari satu peristiwa yang diangkat. Alat yang digunakan adalah statistik induktif dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, variabel pengangguran berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dan variabel pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2009-2019.
