Science and technology can be collaborated to create an application that can help to track the contacts of COVID-19 patients. Smartphone-based contact tracing applications have been adopted by more than 50 countries. One of which is in Indonesia. In March 2020, Indonesia launched a mobile application to track the contact of COVID-19 patients namely PeduliLindungi. During its usage, users find some issues about PeduliLindungi, such as potential data leaks, data misuse, and data inaccuracies. This research is aimed to develop a conceptual model to analyze factors that affect user intentions in using the PeduliLindungi application. The proposed conceptual model is the integration of EUCS, DeLone and McLean that is equipped by the system security variables. There were 288 respondents. The data is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. According to the results of the analysis, the proposed conceptual model has 83.1 percent for its accuracy. User satisfaction and system security give a positive and significant impact on user intentions. The variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness give a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction. On the other hand, the system security has no positive and significant impact on user satisfaction. Meanwhile, user satisfaction and system security itself affects the user's intentions in using the PeduliLindungi application.

A process to find and find out the extent of an information system implementation activity from the point of view of an information system evaluation. It aims to determine the level of user satisfaction in using a system. This study was conducted to measure the quality of the Simanis application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, as well as using questionnaires to respondents and IPA Importance Performance Analysis. The results of the application quality level still need to be evaluated because the GAP level of 5 dimensions, namely content (content), accuracy (accuracy), appearance (format), user satisfaction (easy to use), and timeliness (timeliness) is still far from user expectations. The results of the user assessment of the Simanis performance application, no attributes found in quadrant 1. This indicates that the priority level for changes in some features does not exist, meaning that the features already provide the needs of the users. Suggestions in this study, application developers must continue to meet the performance expectations of the Simanis application in the 5 dimensions that have been assessed.

Sejak tahun 2017 sistem informasi perpustakaan IKIP Muhammadiyah digunakan, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi sistem dari persepsi penggunanya. Faktor penting yang mendukung penerapan sistem informasi yaitu hardware, software dan branware. Pada penelitan ini akan mengukur kualitas penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan melalui persepsi brainware atau pengguna. Kelancaran penggunaan sistem informasi perlunya dilakukan analisis kepuasan pengguna untuk melihat penggunaan sudah berjalan baik selama melakukan aktivitas pelayanan perpustakaan secara online. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah populasi dari IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere yang terdiri dari dosen, mahasiswa, dan petugas perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction atau yang biasa disebut EUCS. Metode EUCS memiliki lima variabel yaitu isi, akurasi, bentuk, kemudahan pengguna, dan ketepatan waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat kepuasan sistem informasi perpustakaan IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere menggunakan metode EUCS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada persentase variabel isi 77%, akurasi 76%, bentuk 77%, kemudahan pengguna 77%, dan ketepatan waktu 78%. Secara umum hasil persentase berada pada kriteria sangat puas. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah pengguna sudah merasa puas pada penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere. Maka dapat dikatakan sistem informasi perpustakaan sudah berjalan dengan baik.
