Analisis Dampak Pengembangan Karir PNS Pasca Pelaksanaan Alih Jabatan Struktural ke Jabatan Fungsional

Abstract: Penyederhanaan birokrasi berupa alih jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional pada Kementerian PAN RB bertujuan menciptakan iklim birokrasi yang lincah, dinamis dan profesional dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja pemerintahan dalam pelayanan publik.
