Análise quantitativa de tensões em amostras fotoelásticas por meio de fotoelasticidade

Abstract: A Fotoelasticidade é uma ferramenta eficiente para determinação de tensões no interior de materiais fotoelásticos. Esses materiais apresentam a propriedade da birrefringência quando submetidos a esforços externos, devido às alterações nos estados de polarizações da luz transmitida através de sua estrutura.
