Abstract: Oral Health seeks to consolidate itself within Primary Health Care with the Oral Health Teams seeking to expand access. The present study investigates the relationship of service coverage, represented by the coverage indicators of the Oral Health, Equivalent and Oral Health Teams, with the effective access, represented by the coverage of the first programmatic dental consultation, for the age groups from 5 to 19 and 20 to 64 years, in the municipalities of Minas Gerais.
