Análise de Irregularidades em Licitações Públicas com Foco em Empresas de Pequeno Porte

Abstract: A análise de licitações públicas pode revelar características sobre a negociação entre empresas e o setor público. Infelizmente, essa análise também pode dar indícios de fraudes que envolvem as empresas.
