Análise da ocorrência de incidentes notificados no ambiente hospitalar de uma maternidade pública

Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar a prevalência de incidentes notificados no ambiente hospitalar de uma maternidade pública. Métodos: Tratou-se de uma pesquisa de análise documental, retrospectiva, do tipo descritiva-exploratória, com uma abordagem quantitativa, realizada com 166 fichas de incidentes notificados de uma maternidade pública, localizada no município de Caxias-MA.
