Abstract: Resumo Objetivo Analisar através de ensaios mecânicos a estabilidade da fixação da fratura supracondiliana do úmero com dois fios de Kirschner, intramedular e lateral (Fi), comparada à fixação com dois fios laterais paralelos (FL) em modelos anatômicos, de forma a se definir qual configuração apresenta maior estabilidade.
