Abstract: Beta Karoten merupakan provitamin A yang dapat diubah didalam tubuh menjadi vitamin A setelah mengalami proses metabolisme. Beta karoten merupakan salah satu parameter yang menentukan kualitas CPO dalam perdagangan internasional.
