Anaesthetic Management of an Infant with a Giant Inter-Parietal Meningoencephalocele

Abstract: Abstract:Meningoencephalocele (MEC) consists of herniation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), meninges and brain tissue through a congenital bony defect in the cranium.
