Abstract: Histoplasma capsulatum, an endemic mycosis in the United States, can result in a variety of clinical manifestations. When encountering histoplasmosis sequelae, such as mediastinal adenitis, granulomas, and fibrosing mediastinitis, surgical management may be an unexpected but necessary treatment.
