The aim of this study is to examine the association between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among female workers in Saudi Arabia. Organizational justice has been acknowledged as a significant predictor of employee attitudes and behavior; however, its impact on the OCB of female workers in Saudi Arabia remains underexplored. To address this research gap, a cross-sectional survey was conducted among female workers in various organizations in Saudi Arabia. The study assessed organizational justice by considering three dimensions: distributive fairness, procedural fairness, and interactional fairness. Additionally, OCB was measured using a scale adapted from previous research. The collected data were subjected to regression analysis. The study findings indicate a positive relationship between organizational justice and OCB among female workers in Saudi Arabia. Specifically, distributive fairness, procedural fairness, and interactional fairness exerted a significant positive influence on OCB. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the impact of organizational justice on OCB among female workers in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, it extends prior research by investigating the specific dimensions of organizational justice that affect OCB. Nonetheless, there are certain limitations to this study. Firstly, its cross-sectional nature restricts the ability to draw causal inferences. Moreover, the absence of comparisons with other cultural and national contexts represents another limitation. In conclusion, this study holds important implications for organizations in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere that aim to foster OCB among female workers. The findings suggest that enhancing organizational justice can lead to positive work behaviors among female employees. Future research should explore the generalizability of these findings to other contexts and investigate the potential moderating effects of cultural factors.

Building projects often generate significant amounts of waste. This happens because the building projects mostly adopts a linear economic model of “take, make, dispose of”, using materials to the construction of buildings and disposing them at the end of life. This linear economic model only focuses on human activities because the disposal of materials ultimately does not become a sustainable practice in the future. For this reason, an alternative is needed in reducing and processing the construction waste by implementing circular economy principles. This study aims to identify type of construction waste in building project, provide recommendations for handling it with circular economy principles, and calculating the cost savings. The method that used in this study are field observation and interview for collecting data. The result showed that steel reinforcement, ready-mix concrete, light brick, ceramic, multiplex, spun pile, and anchor can be handled with circular economy principles are reduce, reuse, recycle, recovery, and repair. The cost savings from handled it in project A, B, and C are Rp. 68.252.490,65, Rp. 84.182.684,96, and Rp. 31.794.238,51, respectively.

Construction waste is a type of solid waste that is inevitably produced in the process of urban development and has a dreadful environmental impact due to inadequate management of it by the public sector. The purpose of this paper is therefore to investigate platform governance as an alternative strategy for muck waste management that will contribute to a circular economy. A comparison between the traditional governance process and platform governance of muck truck management is made by using Petri-net. Nanjing’s muck smart supervision platform is used as a case study to assess effectiveness of the platform governance mode. Results from Petri-net simulation modeling software reveal that the platform governance mode is more effective than the traditional mode. Based on the case study of Nanjing’s muck smart supervision platform, it is found that the success of Nanjing's muck waste management can be attributed to the platform governance mode. This means that the platform management approach can contribute to the sustainability of muck waste governance. It is feasible to utilize the platform governance mode for muck waste as an integrated and effective management mode for current practices of muck waste management and resource recovery in China. The platform governance mode can significantly improve the efficiency of muck waste management and provide economic and environmental benefits as part of a circular economy.
