“…The practice and maintenance of sustainable activities in the hotel-and-tourism industry means to a large extent the adjustment of traditional travel ideas, business philosophy, and corporate culture, as well as the inputs and effort-consuming in the level of internal operating costs and employee behavior supervision (Al-Ansi et al, 2021;Han et al, 2017;Nisar et al, 2021).
