An innovative solution to leverage meaningful work to attract, retain and manage Generation Y employees in Singapore’s hotel industry

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to identify a possible solution as to how meaningful work could be considered as a lever in attracting and retaining Generation Y (Gen-Y) employees to work in the Singapore hotel industry.
