An Inferior Mesenteric-Caval Shunt via the Internal Iliac Vein with Portosystemic Encephalopathy.

Abstract: Wereport here a case of an unusual extrahepatic portosystemic venous shunt in a 37-year-old woman without liver cirrhosis or portal hypertension, whodeveloped portal systemic encephalopathy.
