Abstract: This work aims to develop a novel multimode (photothermal/colorimetric/fluorescent) nanozyme-linked immunosorbent assay (NLISA) based on the in situ generation of Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs) on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs).
