An exploratory investigation of learning culture theory and employee participation in decision making

Abstract: Schein's theory (1992) implies that in an organization with a "learning culture" employees must participate in decision-making activities. This study explores the proposition that there is a relationship between employee participation in decision making and organizational learning culture (OLC).
