“…Two bladders are usually side-by-side and separated by Postoperative IVP shows a normal upper urinary system and bladder a peritoneal fold of varying depth. Each bladder has an ipsilateral ureter and drain via its own urethra [7]. In our case, the subtype was sagittal, and each bladder was localized quite distant from each other.…”

“…Other frequently associated anomalies are anorectal defects, hindgut duplication, spinal duplication and fistulae between the bladder, rectum, vagina and urethra [2,5]. However, bladder and urethral duplication without duplication of the hindgut is a very rare anomaly, and only few cases have been reported [4,8], possibly because of a delay in making a complete diagnosis [7]. The young female patient reported here had very rare case of complete duplications of the lower urinary tract (two separate bladders and urethras) and genital tract (two separate uteruses and vaginas).…”

“…In cases where duplicated bladders were repaired, the treatment ranged from combing the two bladders with ligation of one urethra [6,7] to complete unilateral cystectomy [4,8]. Incontinence is important in the development of any urinary reconstruction plan; however, only one of these articles [7] mentioned incontinence, which was cured easily after the obliteration of the duplicated urethra.…”

“…[12] предложили теорию эмбрионального происхождения этих аномалий. Аномалии червеобразного отростка могут быть связаны с другими врожденными аномалиями пищеварительного тракта или мочеполовой системы [13], с гастрошизисом [14], аномалиями позвоночника [15,16], особенно при В1-и С-типах [17]. Удвоение червеобразного отростка типа В2, как известно, не связано с какими-либо другими врожденными аномалиями [17].…”
