“…Here, their FF and V OC values should be further improved to obtain high performance PSCs. Besides the optimization of Ni/Au mesh electrode, more efficient charge transport layers [3,39], and interface passivation [1,40] are feasible approaches to achieve this goal. Furthermore, from Figure 7, the PSCs based on Ni/Au mesh and ITO present a similar trend of PCE degradation.…”

“…All the optical constants of the each layer were derived from the references [28,[33][34][35], the main electrical parameters had been listed in the supporting information, and the calculation method can be found in our previous works. [24,28,36] Fig. 1(a) showed the 4T tandem structure calculated in this work.…”

“…In this work, the semitransparent CsPbIBr 2 solar cells with ultrathin Ag film electrode has been firstly used to construct a 4T perovskite/Si heterojunction (SHJ) tandem cells, their optical and electrical performance had been systemically investigated by the Silvaco Atlas device simulator. The ultrathin Ag film electrodes with an optical capping layer were successfully utilized in our previous semitransparent or bifacial perovskite solar cells [24,25,26,27,28]. For the 4T tandem applications, the optical transmission of Ag electrode at long wavelength is strongly related to the light absorption of bottom Si cell and also the overall PCE of tandem devices.…”

“…The DMD structures in ST‐PSCs have been similar to those in ST‐OPVs. [ 33,45,48,49,73,74,78,79,117–122 ] For example, Hanmandlu et al introduced a 2,9‐dimethyl‐4,7‐diphenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (BCP)/Ag/MoO 3 transparent electrode for bifacial PSCs (Figure 2d). [ 79 ] In addition to providing a high dielectric constant, the BCP also functioned as a diffusion buffer layer between the electron transport layer (ETL) and the Ag electrode.…”
