The theory of T-spherical fuzzy (T-SF) sets possesses remarkable capability to manage intricate uncertain information. The REGIME method is a well-established technique concerning discrete choice analysis. This paper comes up with a multiple-criteria choice analysis approach supported by the REGIME structure for manipulating T-SF uncertainties. This paper constructs newcreated measurements such as superiority identifiers and guide indices for relative attractiveness and fittingness, respectively, between T-SF characteristics. This study evolves the T-SF REGIME I and II prioritization procedures for decision support. The application and comparative studies exhibit the effectiveness and favorable features of the propounded T-SF REGIME methodology in real decisions.

With the increasing risk to human health and environmental issues, the selection of appropriate management and treatment of healthcare waste has become a major problem, especially in developing countries. There are various alternatives to dispose of health care waste. The important is to assess the best alternative among them. The assessment of each alternative should be done based on public health, psychological, economic, environmental, technological, and operational aspect. The selection of the best health care waste treatment (HCWT) alternative is a complicated, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem involving numerous disparate qualitative and quantitative features. Hence, in this research article, the MCDM method is presented for estimating and choosing the best alternative of HCWT by COPRAS technique in a Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS). Here, in this paper, first of all, a new entropy measure on PFSs is proposed and its validity is studied. Thereafter, the MCDM technique Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) is discussed in which the criteria weights are assessed by the proposed entropy measure and score function to enhance an efficacy and efficiency of the proposed technique. Furthermore, the above-defined technique is employed to resolve the real-life problem to obtain the best treatment alternative to disposal of the health care waste. Finally, sensitivity analysis is presented to rationale the proposed viewpoint for prioritizing HCWT alternatives.

The need and strategy of eco-economy encourage enterprises to reach sustainability by employing sustainable supply chain management. Contrary to the numerous literatures focusing on green design and sustainability practices, this paper presents sustainable recycling partner (SRP) assessment with economic, environmental and social pillars. To propose an integrated framework for SRP selection in small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs), interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS)based model is applied to deal with the vague, uncertain and qualitative information. Inspired by these topics, we propose IVIF-improved Dombi weighted averaging and IVIF-improved Dombi weighted geometric operators to aggregate the decision-making expert's preferences and discuss some sophisticated characteristics of developed aggregation operators. Further, we establish an integrated weighting model by combining the IVIF-symmetric point of criterion (IVIF-SPC) and IVIF-rank sum (IVIF-RS) tools. Then, the classical multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis plus full multiplicative form (MULTIMOORA) model has been extended using the proposed divergence measure and improved Dombi operators for treating multi-criteria decision analysis problems on IVIFS setting. To explore the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model, a case study of SRP selection in SMEs is conducted. The results of the developed model, ''Namo e-waste management limited (NEWML),'' should be considered as the first SRP in SMEs in India. Further, the sensitivity investigation and comparative discussion are presented to check the stability and robustness of the presented technique.
