Abstract: Amphipathic peptides composed of cationic amino acids and hydrophobic amino acids have cellpenetrating ability and are often used as a delivery tool for membrane-impermeable compounds. Small interfering RNA (siRNAs) are one of the delivery targets for such cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs).
