An Adaptive Energy Efficient Transmission Protocol in Wireless Ad-hoc Network

Abstract: In this paper, we propose an adaptive multi-hop communication protocol based on transmission power control and error correction coding to achieve energy efficiency in wireless ad-hoc network. This study is important in extending battery lifetime and consequently the lifetime of nodes and the network.
