Recent studies have found that oral amitraz exposure (20, 50, and 80 mg/kg, 5 days) can increase serotonin (5‐HT), norepinephrine (NE), and dopamine (DA) concentrations and decrease metabolites formation and thus turnover rates in the brains of male rats (Del Pino et al., ).
