Man is a social being by nature. The need to relate is one of their basic desires for natural survival. This exchange of experience encourages the improvement of values, principles, and the consolidation of personal beliefs. Personal behavioral labeling that is invariably transported to the professional universe. It is not possible to dissociate them, such is the reciprocal influence. The detail lies in personal impressions in a professional context. Questions such as which principles and values to follow, how to stay true to what you believe in, how to disagree without losing respect for others are part of the routine of companies made up of people. These same people, the true gems of any organization, are responsible for the success or otherwise of the enterprise. They are the ones that provide the ruler for decision-making, for measuring behaviors, for setting goals and also for determining the corporate cultural standard. In this sense, the present work has given due importance to human capital by addressing the issue of interrelational conflictology with the organizational behavioral reflection and the bridge of communication within these same conflicts for the establishment of culture.

O artigo tem três grandes objetos: (a) a crítica às intepretações mais correntes sobre a crise da democracia contemporânea (b) uma reflexão sobre as relações entre capitalismo e democracia, construída a partir de direto diálogo com Wendy Brown, Nancy Fraser e Wolfgang Streeck, (c) um debate sobre as melhores formulações conceituais para compreender os ataques de grupos sociais e líderes globais à democracia. Meus comentários também se organizam a partir desses três campos. Além de um constante diálogo com os argumentos do texto, marcado pela tentativa de desenvolver futuros debates e por divergências pontuais, faço duas críticas mais amplas aos argumentos de Miguel: os problemas do conceito de “antipolítica” e a pouca presença dos eventos políticos brasileiros nas formulações teóricas do texto.

Cet article problématise les limites des interventions artistiques dans les milieux communautaires. En privilégiant une pensée de la description empruntée à une certaine approche de l’histoire de l’art, il vise à réinscrire la production de discours sur l’oeuvre d’art communautaire dans sa matérialité même. Sur fond de la description de mon expérience de l’oeuvre Le temps d’une soupe de l’ATSA, cet article fournit une réflexion critique sur le contexte actuel (pratique et théorique) de production d’oeuvres d’art communautaires. Il ouvre enfin l’avenue d’une exploration formelle susceptible d’orienter nos choix d’intervention en appelant à les fonder avant tout dans l’exigence d’un savoir plus précis des formes de réalités auxquelles répondent nos interventions.
