Allergic contact dermatitis from transdermal buprenorphine

Abstract: We report five cases of delayed hypersensitivity reactions to a TDS containing buprenorphine. Such adverse reactions might be under-reported. A fentanyl-containing TDS is a good alternative in these cases.
