Fruit crown of god (Phaleria macrocarpa) which contains flavonoid compounds that function as antibacterial can be formulated into roll-on deodorant preparations. Roll-on deodorant was made with a concentration of crown god fruit extract, namely 6.25%, 7.25%, and 8.25%. Making roll-on deodorants has the principle that it can dissolve components that are soluble in water and can dissolve in methanol. Physical test parameters on roll deodorant preparations are organoleptic test, homogeneity test, pH test, viscosity test, packaged preparation, and antibacterial activity test on the preparation. The results of the evaluation of power in the preparation of extracts of the fruit of the crown of the gods were statistically analyzed by the one-way ANOVA method. The results showed that the increase in the concentration of the Fruit crown of god extract in the preparation, the greater the ability to inhibit bacteria. The greatest inhibitory power was at a concentration of 8.25%, namely at F3 with the following characteristics: Good homogeneity, brown in color, distinctive odor of the extract, pH ranged from 5.00 to 5.64, Viscosity ranged from 1746-3325 cPs, had thixotropic flow properties. , and the diameter of the inhibition zone was 10.98 mm for Staphylococcus aureus while Staphylococcus epidermidis, which was 13.72 mm.
