In the current information and technology era, business enterprises are focusing in performing the process effectively by reducing the waiting time in completing the work, reduce latency and deploy the resources effectively so as to service the patient, medical practitioners, societies, and other stakeholders in an efficient manner. Hence, several organisations are using the emerging technologies so as to obtain high performance and enhance competitive edge. The advancement in machine learning, deep learning, business analytics, etc. enables the health care industry to identify the patterns based on the data collected and create a pivotal position and enhance revenues and profits in a sustainable manner. Machine learning models are considered as computational algorithms which will enable in collected the data, analyze them, and provide the necessary reports to the experts and management in order to make informed decision making. The application of advanced machine learning enables the organisation to process the image effectively, recognize the voice and enable in servicing the customers, process the available data, and identify the patterns so as to make informed decision making. The basic purpose of the study is to analyze the overall implementation of advanced machine learning approaches towards health care services for providing enhanced services, better patient engagement, and support in creating better life for them, the researchers intend to collect the closed-ended questionnaire from employees in different medical centers covering: apprehend the nature of designing and implementation of machine learning approaches in the organisation and understand the effectiveness of these tools in enhancing the sustainable growth and development of the organisation.

La pandemia de la COVID-19 representa un gran desafío para el sector empresarial, dado que provocó cambios de gran magnitud en diferentes industrias. Por este motivo, el objetivo del presente trabajo es presentar los efectos de la pandemia de la COVID-19 en el mundo empresarial. Para esto, se recurrió a una metodología bibliométrica, la cual consistió en la revisión de artículos científicos en la base de datos Scopus. La búsqueda y selección de fuentes indicó que el contexto actual ocasionó tanto impactos positivos como negativos en el mundo empresarial. Los resultados desprendidos hacen referencia al incremento de las ventas mediante el comercio electrónico, la mayor preferencia por el teletrabajo y el crecimiento del número de empresas que ejercen políticas de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, así como de economía circular. En consecuencia, la pandemia trajo consigo la adaptación, en ciertos casos forzada, de una nueva realidad en el sector empresarial.

SummarySensors plays an important role in day‐to‐day life as they sense and transfer data on the cloud and servers. These sensors have limited battery power due to which their optimized use is preferred with efficient energy consumption. As sensors were deployed almost everywhere under‐earth, underwater, electronic devices, and mobiles thus their enhanced performance is really important. In WSN, clustering is considered to be an essential approach that gives various advantages such as efficient energy, stability period, network lifetime, less delay, and scalability but has an issue of hot‐spot or energy‐hole problems. For this Un‐Equal Clustering is proposed where the size of clusters varies directly to the distance of the B.S. (Base Station). The main objective of Un‐Equal clustering is energy consumption, hot‐spot problem, and load balance among the cluster heads. In this paper, we have proposed an improved fuzzy‐based multi‐attributes un‐equal clustering to overcome the problem of hot‐spot problem. Earlier, researchers considered two attributes for selecting cluster heads (CHs), but later some of the MADM approaches were used that considered multiple attributes for optimal cluster head selection. In this paper, we have applied the fuzzy‐based TOPSIS method for optimized Un‐Equal clustering where the optimal node deployments with load balance among sensor nodes having optimal coverage and connectivity is considered. The results of the proposed method validate that it is one of the effective ways for selecting optimal cluster heads using fuzzy‐based multi‐attributes. Fuzzy‐based TOPSIS for cluster heads selection method shows 37% enhanced network performance with other compared existing algorithms. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated in terms of network stability, packet delivery, energy consumption, and network lifetime and F‐MAUC (Fuzzy based multi‐attributes un‐equal clustering) outperforms all other compared algorithms.
