The paper entitled "Measuring Readiness Of ERP Application Implementation Using The Balanced Scorecard Method". The author takes the title as the background of the increasing number of companies that have started implementing the government's proposal, namely Industry 4.0, where each company is required to have an integrated system in making financial reports for internal and external purposes, many companies carry out Governance by re-implementing the system. The preparation process in implementing an integrated system is very important, because the implementation process is quite long and also the cost is not small, therefore we need a method that functions to provide a measurement in the form of a value or score to assist management in making appropriate and appropriate decisions. This preparation process is mature and the implementation process can be successful as expected. The Balanced Scorecard method prioritizes 4 perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective. However, the perspective to be measured is the perspective of internal business processes and the perspective of learning growth. From this research, the results achieved are suggestions in determining planning which will be continued into an ERP application information system project management

Organization has the innovate technology to compete in business. ERP system is one of technological innovations to help the managerial making decision making to improve the performance of companies. Thus, ERP is the important thing for organization's survival. Based on previous research that the organizations have complexity in ERP implementation. According to survey global study (2017) the most companies still use traditional methods to implement ERP, and they have ensured that agile methods are one solution and become the challenges in replacing traditional methods in stages. It considers that agile methods will improve efficiency, the speed of response, relatively achieve the simplicity in managing business processes. Therefore, it is better to understanding comprehensively about an implementation method in order to manage ERP implementation success. Thus, we intend to propose a method approaching the solution to improve the ERP implementation success. This paper, the authors are analyze using Systematic Literature Review to recognize the critical factors for development an agile ERP model that was selected 54 papers for further research. The research findings reveal for identifying the factors of the agile principles in order to improve the ERP implementation. The purpose of this paper is to mapping the critical factors for practices to development of the agile ERP model.

The growing impact of industrial dynamics will be a challenge to increase productivity. Productivity is a demand for improving organizational performance. ERP systems are a way to increase productivity. Therefore, ERP implementation is important to ensure that ERP runs well. Critical factors in ERP implementation must get serious attention to project management. Even so, the reality of ERP implementation is slowly, even tends to experience failure, resulting in highly expensive. The previous research that carried out ERP implementation showed that the failure reached 40%, and the achievement of the benefits of ERP implementation in Indonesia is still not optimal. It can be said that ERP implementation is a complexity project. For this reason, it is necessary to consider other implementation methods that can overcome the problem in implementing ERP. An agile method is a proactive and reactive alternative to handle the problem in implementing of ERP. The development of an agile ERP model is one way to achieve success in ERP implementation. This research methodology is a survey approach to the study of literature.
