Abstract: BackgroundWarfarin is the most prescribed oral anticoagulant used for preventing stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. “…It is likely that all patients included in the study did not reach an optimal control of >70% because our sample is composed of patients with poor quality of anticoagulation with warfarin, which makes it harder to reach an optimal control.
