Advantages of Blue InGaN Light-Emitting Diodes with a Mix of AlGaN and InGaN Quantum Barriers

Abstract: In this study, a new design of quantum barriers has been investigated numerically with the purpose of improving the optical performance of blue InGaN light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
