Advance in Citrus Postharvest Management: Diseases, Cold Storage and Quality Evaluation

Abstract: Citrus is a fruit crop grown in different Mediterranean countries. Generally, harvested fruits are used for fresh consumption or are processed (mainly to produce juices).
