Advance Care Planning im Kontext von Demenz

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Seit 2015 definiert das Hospiz- und Palliativgesetz einen Anspruch auf Vorsorgeplanung in der letzten Lebensphase für Pflegeheimbewohner. Dennoch ist das Konzept Advance Care Planning (ACP) in Deutschland bislang unzureichend beforscht.
