Advance care planning for older people in Australia presenting to the emergency department from the community or residential aged care facilities

Abstract: The purpose of this retrospective, cross-sectional study was to determine the prevalence of advance care planning (ACP) among older people presenting to an Emergency Department (ED) from the community or a residential aged care facility.
