The purpose of this study is to explore and explore the decision to adopt or not adopt Software as a Service by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lubuklinggau City. This research uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory research design. Researchers collected primary data using in-depth interview techniques with 12 informants from 6 MSE’S sectors that most dominate businesses in Lubuklinggau City. The results of the study show that the adoption of Software as a Service innovation in the form of cloud accounting services in Lubuklinggau City is still relatively low. Personally, MSE’S players are still at the awareness and interest stage. Meanwhile, as a business group, MSMEs in Lubuklinggau City are still at the level of the early majority to the late majority and can even reach the laggard. Factors that influence the adoption of cloud accounting service innovations for MSE’S in Lubuklinggau City, namely: 1) Supporting factors, namely the ease of accessing and inputting data and effectiveness in business operations. 2) The inhibiting factors are the weak ability to understand technology, lack of competent human resources, limited financial data, and weak business management. Weak ability to understand technology into performance expectancy, lack of competent resources, and financial data is still a little bit into facilitating conditions and weak business management into effort expectancy. This study examines the e-commerce road map of Indonesia with its implementation and project plan to promote national development in Indonesia. The objective is to compare the eight aspects of the road map to academic literature that focuses on rural development strategy from the perspective of cloud computing and e-commerce adoption. The paper identifies areas of similarity and gaps in the road map to enable future research to best promote rural area development in Indonesia and reduce the digital divide.

Resumen. Introducción: este artículo es producto de la investigación “Importancia de la simplicidad Software CRM desde la perspectiva del usuario”, dirigida por el Grupo de Investigación en Interoperabilidad de Redes Académicas (GIIRA) de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas realizada durante el 2015. Metodología: se implementó el método Kanban en la plataforma basada en Open Source Vtiger y se hizo seguimiento a 20 empresas usuarias, a través de recolección de datos sobre estadísticas de uso para compararlas con la información previa obtenida durante el primer semestre del 2015, periodo en el cual la plataforma presentaba una interfaz similar a la de Vtiger. Resultados: el 85 % de las empresas aumentó significativamente el uso de la plataforma hasta en un 310 %; el 10 % no tuvo variaciones significativas y el 5 % restante registró un menor uso. Conclusiones: la implementación del método Kanban en el software Customer Relationship Management (CRM) permite tener acceso a la información de gestión comercial de manera organizada, resaltando en primer plano datos de interés fácilmente concluyentes, al igual que redireccionar la información complementaria si es necesario.
