Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Larynx

Abstract: Salivary gland tumours are rare tumours of larynx, hypopharynx and parapharyngeal space. Adenoid cystic carcinoma (AdCC) is the most common malignant salivary gland tumour of larynx. Subglottic region is the most common site followed by supraglottic region. AdCC usually involves elderly patients. Etiology of AdCC is mostly unknown.
