Addressing Big Societal Challenges in HRM Research: A Society–Actors–Processes–Policy Framework

Abstract: The paper advances a new 'Society-Actors-Processes-Policy' (SAPP) framework to aid policy makers and management scholars in addressing big societal challenges.
