Actinomycine, XXIII; Antibiotica aus Actinomyceten, XLV. Überführung von Actinomycin X ₂ in die Actinomycine C ₁ , X _0β und X _0δ

Abstract

Richard K u h n zum 60. Geburtstag gewidmet Actinomycin X2 enthalt ein Molekul L-y-0x0-prolin, das damit zum ersten Ma1 als Bestandteil eines Naturstoffes nachgewiesen ist. Katalytische Hydrierung in Eisessig reduziert das L-y-0x0-prolin des Actinomycins Xz teils zu L-Prolin, teils zu r-allo-Hydroxy-prolin. Im ersten Fall entsteht aus Actinomycin X2 das in seiner Konstitution bekannte Actinomycin C1, im zweiten das bisher unbekannte Actinomycin XOS. -Aluminiumisopropylat reduziert Actinomycin X2unter Umwandlung seines L-y-0x0-prolins in L-Hydroxy-prolinzu ActinomycinXop. -Durch dieseReaktionen WirddieKonstitutionder Actinomycine Xz, Xop und XOS soweit aufgeklart, daB fur jedes nur noch zwei Formeln zur Diskussion stehen. Z u r Actinomycin-Synthese befahigte Sfreptomyces-Stamme bilden stets mehrere Actinomycine nebeneinander und konnen der Zusammensetzung dieser Actinomycingemische entsprechend in verschiedene Gruppen eingeteilt werden 2.3). Eine von ihnen ist dadurch charakterisiert, dal3 ihr Actinomycingemisch als Hauptkomponente das Actinomycin X24) enthalt.Dieses Gemisch hat man anfangs fur eine einheitliche Substanz gehalten und als ,,Actinomycin X"4) bezeichnet. Spater, als seine Auftrennung gelang, wurden die chromatographisch einheitlichen, kristallisierten Komponenten des Gemisches der Reihenfolge ihrer RF-Werte gemal3 Actinomycin &5,6), Xou7), X14), Xla7), Xz4) und X3*) genannt. Der Name ,,Actinomycin X' ist damit uberholt und den Buchstaben X allein sollte man in Zukunft auf diesem Gebiet nur noch in Bezeichnungen wie ,,Actinomycingemisch X' oder ,,Actinomycinkomplex X" zur Charakterisierung von ,,nativen" 9) Actinomycingemischen verwenden, deren Hauptkomponente Actinomycin X2 ist.
